These are our machining lines, composed of CNC lathes, machining centers (including 5-axis machining centers). Robots ensure that the lines operate with the highest possible productivity. The finish machining of cylinder blocks demands bore precision with a circularity deviation of less than 3 microns. That is some pretty tough machining, requiring a spectacular inspection system. Flat and cylindrical grinding of the cams is performed on our grinding lines. Finally, the cylinder blocks and cams are lapped together and shipped to our customers as a set.
